• Simplified site selection and lease negotiation assistance is available at no-cost through our association with Franchise Real Estate (FRE). The team at FRE has extensive knowledge of the franchise industry, and has an in-depth understanding of the needs of Anytime Fitness franchisees. Their experienced brokers will assist you with finding an ideal site for your club, including a thorough review of the market area and its demographics. Plus, they are experienced negotiators that can assist with obtaining rent and build-out allowances.

  As important, FRE provides exclusive brokerage services for Anytime Fitness, and they do not work with any fitness competitors. They represent the majority of our franchisees, from single club owners to multi-site operators, negotiating hundreds of Anytime Fitness leases each year. • Financing assistance is also available at no-cost to Anytime Fitness franchisees through our Financing Department. Whether you are a first time franchisee or an established entrepreneur, we can assist you. The streamlined consulting process begins with a review of your personal and business finances. • Club layout, design, and construction assistance. Working with your Franchise Consultant, you will have a one-stop resource for all the phases of your club design and build-out. We also provide you with a corporate-approved design guide, to make the process as straightforward as possible.
