Hi, I'm Alison, your Anytime Fitness Wyoming receptionist since December 2013. I am here to help you with all of your questions or queries. I'm the first smiling face you see as you walk in the door and I'm always up for a good chat. I love seeing the transformation of our members, both physically and mentally and I take pride in playing a role in their fitness journey.
HI I'm Ange. I moved to the Central Coast from Armidale six years ago, and have been working in the fitness industry and as an accredited massage therapist for over 10 years. I have worked with a broad range of clients from school age to mature, and enjoy helping others to achieve their personal best. I have a passion for understanding how the body works, and strive to educate my clients about their bodies as well. I believe that one of the biggest difficulties people come across in fitness is their ‘head stuff’ or injuries. I came help use fitness as to assist with either. Helping someone to embrace fitness as a tool for a healthy body, mind and spirit is the greatest gift, and is what motivates me to be a personal trainer.
Hi I'm Grant. Growing up with a family oriented around healthy and active living I was always encouraged to engage in sports such as rugby league, soccer, basketball, swimming, and athletics year round. This love for sport and training has culminated into a career focused on delivering a high level of sports performance. By studying a Bachelor degree in Exercise & Sport Science I am attaining the skills to work with elite athletes who will rely on my knowledge to give them an athletic edge over their opponents. This also includes dealing with injuries and making quick and effective recoveries by adapting training and correcting muscular deficits and imbalances. With 3 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer I am also educated to help my clients achieve health and aesthetic goals such as weight loss and muscle building.
I was born in Tamworth in 1989 but have lived on the Central Coast for majority of my life. I have two awesome sons who keep me busy outside of the gym. I am studying for a Bachelor degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine twice a week. I had a passion for health and fitness from a very young age and I have competed in sport or stayed active for as long as I can remember. I love working with clients who are willing to work for their results and keep an open mind as I use a very holistic approach to both training and nutrition.
Hi, I'm Jane. Born in NZ have lived on the coast for 15 years to raise 3 beautiful children. My Passion has always been fitness in teaching classes, personal training and developing long standing relationships with my clients to achieve their goals. Having grown up with a family that wasn’t into sport or having had exposure to fitness I only really got involved in my 20’s and realized what was missing. I believe that fitness helps in every aspect of your life and, to this end, I get involved in 200km charity rides to raise money for cancer, 90km rides to raise money for MS, Triathlons to raise money for Breast Cancer research. Fitness isn’t just going to the gym, that’s just one aspect it’s a life choice it is mental and physical. I believe that every day, by overcoming injury& weakness, hope I set an example to my children so that they have the health opportunities that I didn't have growing up.
Hi, I'm Jess. Fitness is a huge passion in my life that will never leave my side. I developed this passion nearly 3 years ago when I realized I was quite over weight and I should act upon it before I got too old (being 15 and very self-conscious about my body). I researched and gained knowledge about the human body and of course the nutritional side, and after losing 30KG then decided I want to work within the industry to help others venture on a path/journey to achieve everything that they think is extrinsically impossible, converting them to think intrinsically because anybody is capable of ANYTHING. I am a very motivated young lady who will make sure you are being pushed to your full potential, by motivating supporting helping teaching defining boosting empowering and of course inspiring you.
