To get Anytime Workouts, you first have to download the Anytime Fitness app via the Apple app store or Google play. Then log in using your key fob or phone number. Once downloaded, select the ‘Workouts’ icon in the toolbar at the bottom of your screen and select ‘Download Workouts’ and enter your details to activate the Anytime Workouts app.
