Musashi Low Carb Protein Oatmeal Pancakes

Enjoy our low carb, high protein oatmeal pancakes and super charge your breakfast today!

Makes 1 pancake

Ingredients

½ cup raw oats
1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla MUSASHI LOW CARB PROTEIN powder
3 egg whites
¼ cup water
1½ tsp cinnamon
100g strawberries and blueberries

Method

Step 1. Using a hand-held blender, blend all of the ingredients (excluding fruit) together until the mixture is smooth.

Step 2. Pour ingredients into a hot non-stick pan and lightly cook both sides on medium heat until golden brown in colour.

Step 3. Place onto a plate and add the strawberries and blueberries. Eat whilst warm!
