- 12 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup macadamia meal
- 1-2 tbs maple syrup
- 2 tbs cacao powder
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- Put the dates into a food processor and chop finely.
- Add the macadamia meal, maple syrup and cacao powder and mix to combine.
- Then form into balls with cool hands and roll into the coconut.
