Serves: makes one smoothie

• ½ large frozen banana
• 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
• 2-3 tablespoons pureed beetroot
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
• 2 tablespoons chocolate chunks (1 tablespoon to be used for topping)
• 1 cup milk of your choice

Method: Place all ingredients in a blender then blend until smooth. Top with additional tablespoon of chocolate chunks.
