To satisfy your sweet cravings, try this healthy choc banana recipe.
2 bananas, chopped into chunks and frozen
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Roughly chop the almonds and place in a dry pan over medium high heat to roast. Keep an eye on the nuts so that they don’t burn.
Move the pan around until the nuts are fragrant and starting to brown, then set aside to cool. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 20 second increments, stirring well to check if it is runny.
Once melted, drizzle the chocolate over the top of the frozen banana chunks and then sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer for a ready-to-go healthy treat.
