Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why not make it a delicious one? If you’ve got overripe, blackened bananas sitting in your fruit bowl, turn them into a stack of healthy banana pancakes.
Light and fluffy banana pancakes are so tasty, it’s hard to believe they’re such a healthy option. This is because of the bananas, which are rich in vitamin C and high in potassium. Plus, they’re a great source of fibre and therefore aid digestion. Complete with the optimum amount of carbohydrates for your energy levels, bananas keep you going all day.
