As the COVID-19 situation evolves, please be assured that we’re taking the situation very seriously – the health and wellbeing of our members and staff will always come first.

Anytime Fitness FAQs

All memberships are eligible to be placed on freeze without fee, this has already been applied automatically for you. However, your club will be in contact to run you through an alternative option to help you continue your health and fitness journey with us. We thank you for your understanding and for your continuing support during this difficult time. .

Unfortunately, this is not up to us. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation carefully and are across any Government updates that impact our industry and our clubs. We will ensure to contact our members as we have approval to reopen. .

We will be in contact with you via email once we know that the government is directing for gyms to re-open. We will also be communicating via our Anytime Fitness Australia and individual club social pages across Facebook and Instagram so make so you’re following us.

When your membership is on freeze, your contract also be paused which means that your contract will be extended by this amount of time.

The AF Challenge will continue as planned, set to finish on Sunday the 29th of March. Check your email and AF Challenge portal for all communications.

We suggest contacting your Personal Trainer, if they haven’t gotten in touch with you yet and talking through alternatives and options with them. There is the option to change your PT sessions virtual with the Remote Coaching functionality through our Anytime Workouts App. Your PT will be able to talk you through this, if this is within their product offering.

We suggest contacting your club via email. In addition to our existing Anytime Workouts App, we have created a brand-new online solution exclusively for our members, AF Health Hub. Through this platform, if members choose to join, we will deliver daily workouts, online health and fitness education, nutrition and training programmes, developed by our exclusive panel of industry experts. Anytime Fitness is committed to helping our members make healthy happen. As such, we encourage our members to use the Anytime Workouts App, available via Google Play or the App Store where they can access over 1,100 workouts, most of which are adaptable for at-home workouts. In addition to our existing Anytime Workouts App, we have created a brand-new online solution exclusively for our members, AF Health Hub. Through this platform, if members choose to join, we will deliver daily workouts, online health and fitness education, nutrition and training programmes, developed by our exclusive panel of industry experts. The message of continuing to exercise at this challenging and uncertain time is supported by experts across the globe.

Exercise is great for your physical health and immune function. It also helps improve mental health, boost your mood and reduce anxiety. More than ever, it’s important we keep our bodies moving, whilst of course following the social distancing and personal hygiene guidelines issued by the Government.
