Support suicide prevention. Together we can make a difference.

Tread As One has finished for another year! Between 5–22 May, we joined together to walk over 74,000 KMs to raise money for R U OK? – a suicide prevention charity that aims to start life-changing conversations.

Every year, 65,000 Australians attempt to take their own life. Kilometers were run (or walked) both on treadmills and outside! We are so proud of our community who participated in Tread As One, working together as a community to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention.

We are proud to have raised over $320,000 through the great involvement of our members and clubs.

In 2019 we raised over $339,500 for R U OK?

Every dollar raised went towards helping R U OK? move closer to their vision of a world where we’re all connected and protected from suicide. From funding new resources for those affected in natural disasters, like bush fires and floods, to supporting the ‘Stronger Together’ Indigenous Campaign.

Did you know? People exposed to the R U OK? campaign are six times more likely to reach out to someone who might be going through a tough time.
