Hi my name is Jerry and I’m 28 years old. I joined Anytime Fitness a few years ago and it was more a social thing. I just worked out with one of my bosses and a few of my friends. It was more to catch up and flex a few muscles.
The toughest part for me is always the food and eating well. When I’m training, it’s easy because I have my dad and others here to push me, but outside, it’s easy to make the wrong decisions with food.
Training at Anytime Fitness has seen an incredible transformation for me. I’ve gone from being super lazy throughout the day, from training and getting the adrenaline going for the rest of the day. It’s been a massive lifestyle change for me. I’ve lost a few kilos, put on muscle mass and my body fat percentage has also dropped. I enjoy the pain from working out.
I love walking through that door in the morning and working out in a vibrant environment. I sometimes get a little upset if I can’t come into the gym, it’s so important to exercise and have a healthy lifestyle, because you’re going to be so much happier.
